Purify, Cleanse and Re-align: Aquarius Season
What are you still holding on to? What else needs to be shed? What are the final layers? What else needs to be purified and cleansed?
At last we are arriving at the ending of the year of the snake on the 17th. We have been called to shed so many outdated layers, patterns, beliefs, relationships. It was all about introspection, deep dives into the self, casting off old straightjackets and outmoded ways of being. Does anything else remain? Take nothing with you that you know in your heart-womb is no longer aligned & beneficial for your growth
With the emphasis on the sign of Aquarius and its connections with the flow of energy in and around the body - the electromagnetic field/energy field/field, we’ll be working with the energy centres, the field, the pelvis and womb. Ensuring that our energy is grounding, flowing (and in the appropriate direction), we’ll be working intuitively with the hands in the field, incorporating movement in the pelvis
The intention is to stretch, move, play with the movement, no right or wrong. Feel into restrictions, resistance and take your breath into those place
This will be a deeply enriching session and you are invited to move as much as little as you need. The session focuses on:
→ purification and flow
→ shedding the lasts layers
→ preparing for the year of the fire horse (Acceleration, bold moves, creativity, big passion, big emotions, breakthroughs and unpredictability, ignite your purpose, think big, leadership)
BRING your whole self, blanket/yoga mat, light a candle + journal if that;s your vibe
