A rich blend of somatic womb healing & massage, womb awakening, embodiment practices & holistic pelvic care. My suggestion is a 3 session minimum, as this means for optimum transformation & healing of old patterns, core wounds and releasing memories stored in the fascia & tissues. But It is not a requirement.
Women can oftentimes feel disconnected from their womb space - often as a result of trauma, there is a sense of numbness & lack of presence in the body and/or pelvis. True embodiment is about inhabiting the self - allowing your truest nature/essence to inform decisions, expression & being, free from the baggage of life experiences, events & relationships. Expand & enhance sensitivity (felt senses) within the body, so that you can shift unprocessed trauma, whilst allowing the nervous system to recalibrate. Somatic Bodywork
Somatic bodywork is a style of massage which is gentle, non invasive. It incorporates therapeutic touch, awareness, the felt sense (internal sensations), movement and breath which helps in the releasing of both physical tension and emotional stress stored in the body. This then helps the nervous system to regulate, brings a deeper awareness of the body and your connection to it - presence. This form of work is especially beneficial when there is trauma, anxiety, deep seated patterns and chronic stress. It can received through the clothing, blankets & directly to the skin, but often, initially, a cover can feel more comfortable - this is all about how the touch is received, so this too is bought into awareness.
